A major new attraction to Matamata has been the fabulous horse initiated by community group Keep Matamata Beautiful and designed and sculpted from scrap by Adrian Worsley.  A fabulous exhibit for everyone passing through Matamata and a reminder of our history within the equine industry which ties in with our towns existing slogan – “The Town That’s Racing Ahead”. When approached for a personal contribution, both Joanne and Stuart were very happy to contribute to such a fantastic project.
